**About the Opportunity**

This position is responsible for managing, planning, and overseeing all landscape projects, estimates, and budgets to make sure they’re completed timely and accurately. This role requires communication with Estimators, Foremen, Subcontractors, as well as clients in order to achieve a high standard of work within the Landscape department.
- Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure the job site meets Seasonal Impact quality standards
- Predict and manage resource requirements in order to reach landscape project objectives
- Determine and prepare budgets based on the estimated scope of work and resources required
- Schedule jobs efficiently and accurately to ensure landscape jobs are kept on target for competition
- Regularly communicate with the leadership team by providing weekly reports on the progress of ongoing projects
- Provide leadership, direction, and clear communication to the Landscape Development Division
- Provide coaching for all direct reports to increase the overall effectiveness of employees
- Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy in the daily utilization of company software
- Estimating landscape jobs
- Support snow removal operations in the winter

**What You Bring to the Table**
- In-depth knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, plant selection, irrigation systems, and construction techniques is crucial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for identifying and resolving project-related challenges
- Excellent ability to communicate with staff and clients in order to maintain and build relationships
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control is necessary for managing project finances effectively
- PMP Certification or working towards certification
- Experience in planning and executing a project to completion
- 5 years of project management experience (Landscaping industry preferred)

- Project Management (Landscaping Industry Preferred): 5 years (required)
- Landscaping Industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- PMP Certification (preferred)
