Old Mill currently has an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager.

The Assistant Parts Manager is a leader of the Parts Team whose primary objective is to run a profitable Parts Department, while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all of our technicians and loyal customers.

Our goal is to ensure that we provide our people with the knowledge and tools to successfully manage their department.

In addition to that, some of the key job requirements are as follows:

- Maintaining stock at a level that enables both internal servicing and repair departments to complete their work without delays
- Sourcing quality parts by evaluating suppliers that can offer replacement parts at the best price.
- Designing, recommending and implementing various programs and promotions to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Handling customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership’s guidelines.
- Providing ongoing training and coaching to Parts Team.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$98,876.65 per year
