As Canada’s original juice and smoothie bar, today Booster Juice has expanded to over 400 locations across North America. We are looking to expand our team by bringing aboard a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our winning team here in Edmonton.

Main Responsibilities:

- Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions.
- Receive, sort and verify various accounting documents.
- Obtain appropriate approvals and process payment documents in accounting system.
- Prepare vendor payments by cheque, EFT and wire, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform full-cycle accounts receivable functions.
- Process customer orders and invoice customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all payments are properly accounted for and reconcile receivable accounts and outstanding balances.
- Other duties, including monitoring and organizing importing documents and communicate with vendors.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years in a similar accounts payable position.
- Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and superior interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in Accpac is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team environment.
