Booster Juice Corporate Office is currently hiring for a permanent Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our winning team here in Edmonton. If you are open-minded and career focused with a “can do” team attitude this is the company for you.
Main Job Description:

- Perform full-cycle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Receive, sort and verify various accounting documents
- Obtain appropriate approvals and process payment documents in accounting system
- Prepare vendor payments by cheque, EFT and wire, ensuring accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow-up on discrepancies
- Process employee expenses and reconcile credit card transactions
- Prepare and issue purchase orders
- Process customer orders and invoice customers accurately and in a timely manner
- Process customer receipts and follow-up on past due balances
- Organize and maintain an accurate filing system

What the company expects from you
- 2+ years in a similar accounts payable and receivable position
- Accounting diploma
- Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and superior interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in Appac is preferred
