**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead the project management team in the development and implementation of project plans.
- Supervise project managers and coordinate their activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Utilize project management methodologies to guide project execution.
- Oversee railcar door project management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity on project status and expectations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior project managers on best practices in project planning and execution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects using appropriate tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, particularly within railcar door environments.
- Strong skills in project planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software
- Experience supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A relevant degree or certification in Project Management is preferred.
