Sales Administrator

Winnipeg Hyundai is seeking a Sales Administrator. This role requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills and is a front desk admin position.
This is a multi-taking role that will require you to be able to stay focused and be productive in a very busy environment. Your key responsibilities will be (not limited to):
- Maintain an accurate database of customer information
- Updating and working with Google Drive and DMS software, PBS experience a benefit but not necessary.
- Maintaining the Dealership Website
- Stock in new and used inventory
- Process vehicle invoices and other paperwork
- Communicate with customers and your sales team
- Update pricing information
- Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department
- Filing
- Data entry
- Faxing and scanning documents
- Light cleaning duties
Your Skills:
- 1 year+ experience in administration or customer service in a dealership
- Able to identify the VIN on a vehicle
- Microsoft Office & Google Docs proficient
- Tech savvy
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player
- Motivated
- Comfortable on the phone
- Excellent customer service
- Bilingual is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
