**Truck Maintenance Coordination**:

- Oversee the maintenance schedules for company vehicles, ensuring regular servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, including routine service, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure all company vehicles meet safety and regulatory compliance standards, such as inspections and registration renewals.

**Team Support & Communication**:

- Collaborate with installation teams to address any on-site challenges or scheduling conflicts.
- Support the Director of Operations and project managers by providing updates on installation and service scheduling.
- Proactively communicate with clients to confirm installation and service appointments, and address any client concerns.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of installation and service schedules, vehicle maintenance logs, and project timelines.
- Provide regular reports to management on installation timelines, project completion rates, service efficiency, and vehicle maintenance status.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or project management is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or related roles.
- Experience in the signage industry or construction is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or custom scheduling software.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling and compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
