**Atlantic Hardchrome**is a Nova Scotia based full service company. We provide equipment repair, manufacturing, machining, CNC machining, grinding & plating services in the Industrial, Aerospace, Mobile/Heavy Equipment, Marine, Defense, Construction, Forestry, Oil & Gas, and Energy sectors.

As an Outside Technical Sales Representative you will be responsible to:

- learn all company services to be able to confidently and independently represent the company to new customers;
- understand customers needs and convert those needs into solutions through collaboration with the customer service team;
- develop long term customer relationships;
- grow established accounts;
- generate new opportunities;
- source new clients;
- achieve annual sales targets;
- complete estimates/quotes for opportunities;
- attend trade shows;
- successfully manage sales territory through effective time management and multi-tasking;
- complete sales reporting and travel plans;
- show energy, enthusiasm and dedication;
- complete ISO documentation as required;
- travel across Atlantic Canada and eastern USA;
Potential applicants should have the following skills and experience:

- +5 years equipment repair &/or machine shop experience;
- +5 year experience completing and quoting technical packages;
- Strong mechanical aptitude;
- Advanced skills with MS word, excel, outlook;
- Highly organized and experience working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, including written and verbal;
- Strong data analysis skills, coupled with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy of results;
- Familiar with total quality management and continuous improvement processes;
- Good decision-making & problem-solving capabilities;
- Fixed residence in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick is acceptable.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
