We are looking for an Airline Contract Specialist to join our team. Working with Christina, our V.P., Partnerships, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting negotiated airline contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy. Our teams will rely on your problem solving skills to research and analyze debit memos to establish cause and validity, resolve issues when they arise, and provide accurate documentation with precise data entry. Attention to detail is key in this position and past proven experience in the Airline Industry will ensure you hit the ground running.

Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:

- Past proven experience in Travel Operations (Airline Industry, or OTA);
- Carrier booking and ticket practices;
- Past experience in QA practices
- Strong excel skills and proven ability to work with SQL;
- Working in a bilingual environment.

Nous recherchons un spécialiste des contrats aériens pour rejoindre notre équipe. En collaboration avec Christina, notre V.P., Partenariats, vous serez chargé(e) d'examiner et d'interpréter les contrats et accords négociés avec les compagnies aériennes afin d'en garantir l'exactitude. Nos équipes s'appuieront sur vos compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes pour rechercher et analyser les notes de débit afin d'en établir la cause et la validité, de résoudre les problèmes lorsqu'ils surviennent et de fournir une documentation exacte avec une saisie précise des données. L'attention portée aux détails est essentielle pour ce poste et une expérience confirmée dans l'industrie du transport aérien vous permettra d'être opérationnel.

De nombreux parcours professionnels peuvent vous préparer à ce changement de vie, mais il est préférable que vous soyez hautement qualifié:

- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des opérations de voyage (secteur aérien ou OTA) ;
- Pratiques de réservation et de billetterie des transporteurs ;
- Expérience antérieure des pratiques d'assurance qualité
- Solides compétences en Excel et aptitude confirmée à travailler avec SQL ;
- Travailler dans un environnement bilingue.
