**About Us**: Ascent Transport is an Alberta based logistics and oilfield transportation company with an expansive portfolio catering to various sectors including oil & gas, construction, railway, agriculture, forestry, and manufacturing.

**Duties**:Including but not limited to;
- Performing diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on internal fleet of highway trucks and trailers.
- CVIP inspections.
- Complete all documentation associated with equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Work with shop management to maintain schedules and priorities.
- Open and close work orders as required.
- Testing and inspecting vehicles to ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications and Government standards.
- Perform related work as required.

**Qualifications**:

- H.E.T. Journeyman's certificate with Red Seal. Will consider a H.E.T. On-Highway Journeyman with Red Seal or registered apprentices.
- Commercial Vehicle License an asset
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

**Compensation**: $40 - $48 an hour
