**Overview**

**A day in the life of a Business Development & Lead Management Advisor**

Our Business Development & Lead Management Advisor will proactively lead the business development focus of the firm by setting methods and strategies to build and nurture the existing firm pipeline. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

- Working with the partners and senior-level professionals to identify leads, and to build, manage and nurture their opportunities pipeline using our CRM platform, Salesforce, and any other necessary tools.
- Researching and identifying opportunities for market activation to attract viable new leads (ex.: Sponsorship opportunities, events to attend, etc.).
- Tracking, analyzing, and understanding the current lead attraction and conversion process; identifying opportunities for optimization; measuring and reporting on performance.
- Building a strong internal network to identify and build ideal client personas.
- Leveraging Salesforce to identify potential opportunities for proposing additional solutions to attain the full potential of our current clients.
- Working with the Marketing Digital team to optimize the lead generation process and campaigns and link it to the offline lead generation funnel.

**About you**
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience; experience in a multi-family office or other professional services firm is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, sales or business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to navigate a complex professional environment and work directly with partners and senior level professionals.
- Effectively work in a team environment and ability to build trusting relationships agile.

**Contractual 1 year, with possibility to become permanent (if proven)**
