Location**:Acheson, Alberta**

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**
The Training Coordinator assists Operations, the HSE Department and Human Resources. The Training Coordinator maintains a professional corporate image as the corporation’s contact person with the client/customer, and various subcontractors and other corporations.
**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HSE/HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Organize, monitor and manage the statistical reporting and compiling processes for submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly statistical data and reports for both corporate roll up and site tracking and trending
- Assist EHS personnel in meeting the requirements and deadlines for reporting
- Provide regular feedback to the Safety Manager on the activities, submission status of Behavioral Based Observations (BBOs), site safety inspections, etc. to identify any areas needing improvement within the projects or work groups.

- Knowledge of construction site safety requirements and/or provincial legislation an asset
- Intermediate level of computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience with Complyworks, ISN, and Avetta is an asset
- Must be a team player, be able to work independently and prioritize work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience in preparing reports.
- Effective organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a high
- pressure work environment
- Collaborative team approach and ability to build successful working relationships with clients and project teams
- Experience with document control
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Industrial/Drilling & Piling industry experience an asset
- Experience in Human Resources considered an asset
- Experience in training development is considered an asset
- A Health & Safety Administrator (HSA) certificate is considered an asset
**Experience**:
- 2 years minimum coordinating/administrative experience
Work remotely:
- No (Occasional travel may be required to surrounding communities)
**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
