As part of its market expansion and strategy, Ensil currently requires to hire a seasoned and experienced Contracts and Customer Service Manager with excellent and proven past history of achievements.

The Contracts and Marketing Manager, is responsible for driving Marketing initiatives and acquiring Research and development contracts from the interested company and organisations in China and the neighbouring countries.

**Education, Experience & Additional Requirements**
- **Excellent command of Mandarin for communication ( Read, Write and Speak)**:

- Minimum a bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical, Electronics
- High level leadership role in a manufacturing or R&D environment is required
- Experience in a Sales, Marketing or an R&D in a A High-Tech Electronics Manufacturing, Service organisation or Aerospace is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a project based environment.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Experienced with establishing credibility with customers by meeting commitments.
- Experienced with contract terms and understands the risks.
