**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and file Income tax tax returns for individuals and businesses accurately and timely.
- Analyze financial information to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding their tax situations and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role within accounting or finance.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tax documents.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
