**Role Description**

We have various Tax Preparer positions availabilities; a year round, full-time, on-site in London. Or seasonal full time and part time positions available for retired professionals. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing various types of tax returns, consulting with clients, ensuring compliance with Canada Revenue Agency's regulations, and staying updated with tax laws and changes. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting financial data from clients, completing tax forms, and utilizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize returns.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Proficiency in preparing personal tax returns (Knowledge of business and rental property is an asset)
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a tax preparer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Canada Revenue Agency’s compliance and regulatory legislation
- Excellent client consultation and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to stay updated with tax laws and changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using TaxCycle software is a benefit
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts

**Job Types**:Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Salary**:$22.36 - $28.08 per hour based on experience. (overtime available at $33.54 - $42.12 per hour)
