**ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER**
As a retail professional, you will have the ability to respond positively and proactively to the varying needs of the business and have a keen sense of style and trends in home fashion.

**What you have to offer**:
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a retail selling environment.
- Business acumen and solid understanding of retail math.
- Proven people development skills and ability to access talent.
- Proven track record in sales, customer satisfaction, operations and visual merchandising.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, train and motivate.
- Highly goal-oriented with a result-driven attitude.
- Has a strong desire to help the customer and exhibits a positive attitude and genuine, enthusiasm toward the job, company and team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple customers, tasks and duties.
- Able to work a variety of shifts; days, evenings and weekends.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a must

**Assistant(e)-gérant(e)**
L’Assistant(e)-Gérant(e) appuie le/la gérant(e) dans la gestion quotidienne du magasin, en assurant la fluidité des opérations, le respect des standards et la qualité de l’expérience client. Présent(e) sur le plancher et en coulisses, il/elle contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente, soutient l’équipe, participe à la formation des nouveaux employés et veille au bon déroulement des activités. En l’absence du/de la gérant(e), il/elle prend le relais avec leadership et professionnalisme pour assurer la continuité des opérations dans un climat de travail positif et structuré.

**Ce que tu as à offrir**:
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en tant que gestionnaire dans un commerce de vente au détail.
- Sens des affaires et excellente connaissance du commerce de détail.
- Compétences reconnues en développement des employés et capacité de recruter les meilleurs talents.
