- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Manage and motivate a team of employees
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
- Achieving financial results and building a great Climate-rich employment experience
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Conduct inventory management and control
- Utilize sales management techniques to achieve targets
- Maintaining Operating Standards

# Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, and store management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to buy effectively for the store's needs
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- A&W experience is a strong asset
