**Summary of the Role**

As a Back Shop Attendant at Sunningdale Golf & C.C, you will be the first impression to our members as they arrive at our club and will actively assist them with any requests they may have.

We take great pride in the services that we provide at Sunningdale and as a Back Shop attendant, you will assist each member or guest as they prepare to enjoy our practice facilities or a round of golf.

**How you can contribute**
- Provide personalized service in our back shop with great attention to detail
- Enhance the member experience by assisting in the organization and setup of golf carts, golf club storage and practice facilities
- Collaborate with our golf shop team to run smooth, well executed events for members

**Valuable Skills**
- You have great relational skills, and are friendly with exceptional customer service skills

**or** are open to learn how to create a great experience for all our guests.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work well with teammates and other staff.
- A working knowledge of the Private Golf Club industry is an asset but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 9 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $14.60-$15.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N6G 5B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
