Racquet Shop Attendant

Greenhills Golf Club is searching for motivated people to join our new racquet club team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform admin tasks, including lesson & pro shop charging, member billing, and inputting data into Club POS systems
- Manage back office operations of the tennis pro shop, inclusive of inventory management, development of vendor relationships and more
- Oversee all court bookings and registrations for all tennis related programming.
- Communicate and partner with Club Management across all departments to ensure seamless integration of programming and activities.
- Regularly communicate and interface with members in person
- Actively promote and encourage member participation in racquet club programming.
**Qualifications**:
- Should be dependable and punctual, with the ability to multitask and complete administrative tasks independently and proactively.
- Good communicator, adept problem solver, and proactive team player
- Previous employment experience in tennis operations is preferred but not required.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn new programs for courts, billing and more.
