We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our **Abbotsford, BC Dealership - Travelhome RV** as a Service Writer. **This is a Full Time, Regular **position.
The primary focus of the Service Advisor is customer service. The Service Advisor is held accountable for ensuring all customers are treated with respect and integrity; ensuring a smooth book-in process by under-promising and over-delivering.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Scheduling customer appointments
- Creating work orders upon phone book in
- Providing estimates and quoting repair work
- Ensuring follow up with your customers
- Completing work order once service is complete
- Collecting payment for work done
- Assisting in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed
- Assisting at the Parts area when time permits; inventory, stocking etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous related experience
- Must be able to work Saturdays
