Service Advisor – RV & Automotive Backgrounds WelcomeLocation: Abbotsford Dealership, BCPosition Type: Full-Time, Regular If you’ve worked as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Shop Advisor in an automotive, truck, or RV service environment, this role will feel familiar—with the opportunity to work on recreational vehicles customers truly care about. We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor who can confidently manage the service lane, communicate effectively with technicians, and keep customers informed from check-in to completion. What You’ll Do As a Service Advisor, you’ll act as the link between customers and the shop, ensuring smooth workflow, clear communication, and a high-quality service experience. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and accurately identifying service, maintenance, or repair needs Scheduling service appointments and managing workflow using our service scheduling system Creating, reviewing, and managing work orders with clear technician instructions Communicating repair status, timelines, and approvals to customers Coordinating with technicians and warranty teams to resolve issues efficiently Reviewing completed work for quality and accuracy before vehicle release Preparing and explaining estimates, recommendations, and service options Closing work orders promptly and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation Why join our team: Since 1969, Fraserway RV, as a family venture, has been driven by a simple goal - to anticipate, exceed, and earn lifelong trust from our customers.
