**Responsibilities**

You will be working as an independent Real estate Salesperson.
Market yourself as a Professional Expert, constant contact and follow-up with potential clients.

Maintain and keep up to date with the real estate market, industry regulations, trends.

Owning a Vehicle and a smart phone is an asset and requirement.

Attend weekly sales and marketing training (optional but highly recommended).

Give people/clients a professional and courteous home buying experience, helping them find the best suitable homes and answer any real estate questions in an efficient and timely manner.

You will have the option of joining the Owner's exclusive sales team.

Full-time / Part-time. Monday to Sunday. Willingness to work on-demand to handle client/customer questions or inquiries.

You will be working remotely or from our office, except when meeting clients. Weekly team meetings will be done via Zoom/virtual online meetings.

**Requirements**:
Ontario Real Estate License or enrolled and more than half way through an Ontario real estate licensing program.

Must have access to a vehicle and smart phone.
