**Role Overview**:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting talented real estate professionals to join our brokerage. Your role will be essential in driving our company's growth by expanding our team of dedicated agents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**: Utilize various recruiting methods, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential real estate agents.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential recruits, providing them with information about our brokerage and the benefits of joining our team.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with our leadership team to align recruitment efforts with our growth objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate agent recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the qualities that make a successful real estate agent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
- Real estate license (preferred but not required).

**Compensation**:
This position offers a competitive base salary in addition to a generous commission structure, providing you with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on successful recruitment efforts.

Pay: $4,000.00-$10,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-05-01
