Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based role that offers great earning potential and the opportunity to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary documents are signed and filed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients' best interests
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documents, and reports
- Students are encouraged, with a strong platform to kickstart your career

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
