**Salary: $29.60 (Min) - $ 37.00 (Max)**

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Successful completion of a College Diploma in a Human Resources Program, Office Administration
or a relevant equivalent discipline required

Knowledge of Human Resources in a Health Care setting is an asset
Advanced computer skills including full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, SharePoint, Zoom and MS Outlook), required

Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong judgement and problem solving/decision making skills
Knowledge of data management (dashboard creation and maintenance)
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work
Dedicated to excellent customer service and attention to detail
Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in our

organization
