**Your Role**:
- Enter all changes, additions, and deletions for Food and General Merchandise SKUs into the PowerHQ system as provided by Item Maintenance Coordinators.
- Track assigned work requests for audit and send notification of task completion to Item File Maintenance Supervisor.
- Ensure the integrity of the data meets NWC standards as defined in the standard operating process documentation.
- Communicate with the Item File Maintenance Supervisor if unable to process data within defined timelines, take action required to enable completion when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum one year of office experience; previous data entry experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.
- Knowledge of PowerHQ is considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Must be detail conscious while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within strict timelines.
