Maintenance Clerk

**_Specific Duties:_**
- Order equipment parts and supplies for the Maintenance department, issue purchase orders (POs). Track and follow up on shipments, document received items and distribute to appropriate individuals or parts inventory location.
- Assign G/L codes to all invoices charged to the maintenance department and hand them into the Operations or Facilities Maintenance Supervisors for approval.
- Process work orders in the eMaint CMMS program and file the original paperwork orders into the designated equipment file.
- Put away inventory and organize the parts inventory.
- Organize equipment files and archive appropriate equipment work orders.
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Operations Maintenance Supervisor or designate.
- Must be able to work overtime if required.
**_ Qualifications:_**
- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- 1-year general office experience preferred
- Keyboarding skills and basic computer knowledge using MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Strong organizational skills
