**Qualifications**
- Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Product Knowledge and Merchandising skills
- high level of ownership and accountability
- Experience in Processing Transactions and Sales Reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience: 1+ years of retail experience
- Passion: Enthusiastic about home decor and styling, keen eye for trends.
- Experience in merchandising and marketing is a strong advantage and will be prioritized.
