**Key Responsibilities**
- Create order shipping documents (Waybills, Custom documents, and commercial invoices)
- Coordinate and follow up with couriers to ensure shipments are delivered successfully
- Resolve shipping issues
- Pick and pack materials for shipping
- Handle all goods receipts and sort materials into right locations in warehouse
- Process goods returned and update in system (Refer to RMA process)
- Manage warehouse to meet standards

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated, service and solution-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & Internet
