**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.

**Skills**
- Proven ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment.
- Experience as a clerk or in retail management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and store presentation standards.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members clearly and professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
