In this role, the Order Desk Operator will answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintain knowledge of our products and services, obtain customer feedback, and provide solutions.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist customers with standard account-related requests
- Create sales orders, pick tickets, invoices and transfers
- Review invoices or accuracy and completion
- Organize and maintain promotional/training material shelves
- Provide clear and open communication between sales, management and operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Participate in year-end inventory counts.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Three years of previous customer service experience, order desk, parts counter or call center experience is a must
- A certificate or diploma in a related field preferred
- Automotive industry experience an asset
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven data entry and typing skills
