- As a Human Resources Consultant, Benefits Governance, your primary duties will include:

- Conduct a review of existing communications products and channels to look for opportunities to enhance employee awareness of the value of the total compensation package.
- Ensure that The City is leveraging its benefit programs and services to support optimal employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Work with partners in Communications and Human Resources to develop a strategy to refresh both the content and delivery of benefits communications.
- Provide backup to the Benefits team as needed.

**Qualifications**
***
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years of directly related experience.
- Prior experience in developing benefits communications strategy and products is preferred.
- You are results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated customer/client focus.
- Proven problem solving, strategic and analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

- Location: 800 Macleod Trail S.E.
- Compensation: Level E $80,640 - 121,760 per annum
- Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week earning 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
