**Job Title**: Receptionist

**Location**: Lambton College

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual

We are recruiting a friendly and organized Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Work Location: In person
