**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Lambton County

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to questions and provide product/service information.
- Process orders, payments, and transactions accurately.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Support other team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service or retail experience an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
