Offering a LIVE-IN building CARETAKER/cleaning position in a reputable, first-class, well-maintained Strata building in prime North Vancouver location with 85 Residential and 14 Commercial units.

The GRANDE prides itself on community spirit with long-term residents and a diverse ownership.

Caretaker should be a person who is skilled at maintaining and cleaning a residential 17 story concrete building, have a variety of on-the-job repair skills, with a good understanding of building mechanical systems as well as office skills. Must be able to communicate with the Property Manager as a team member.

The position is offered at $65,000 per annum position.

A subsidized two-bedroom, two bathroom, in-suite laundry with a large, covered patio as an added incentive. Suite offered at $1800.00 per month and includes one parking stall.

Position available July 1st or possibly earlier.

Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour

- Cleaning/caretaker: 3 years (required)
