As we grow, we are becoming vertically integrated between all facets of our business including Acquisitions, Development, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Construction, and Property Management. About the Role:The Resident Caretaker will be responsible for Hudson’s growing residential rental portfolio and supporting Hudson’s Property Manager. The role requires an individual who can provide superior customer service while being responsible for administrative and maintenance duties of each property. ● Perform administrative duties involved in the operation of the building● Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns● Perform move-in and move-out procedures● Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment.● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations● Enforce building rules, policies, and lease agreements● Supervise contactors● Support budgeting and cost control efforts● Perform minor maintenance jobs inside the units and in common areas● Assist with community building events● Serve as the primary point of contact for residents● Handle occasional after-hours emergencies● Perform other duties as required.
