We are a well established, caring, community oriented space where healing is a priority.

This position requires approximately 30 to 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients
- Managing patient flow and practitioners’ schedules
- Data entry for new patients
- Verify patient insurance information
- Ordering supplies
- Other organizational duties as needed
- Assistance with social media and marketing projects
- Some general maintenance and upkeep of appearance of office.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and community oriented
- Health oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to self guide and also take guidance.
- Friendly, professional and efficient
- Experience with the JaneApp is a bonus

Previous front desk/people and task oriented management experience is highly preferred

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
