Working as a Weidner Leasing Consultant is different than any other job. You are the heart of the community and create genuine connections with residents, making a difference in their day. As a Weidner Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create a neighborhood within your community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present the community and apartments to potential residents
- Work with community vendors
- Host community events that bring the residents together
- Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy
- Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect with others easily
- Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
- Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
