We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers within the Prince Albert - South territory, identifying their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

General Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and service offering.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Prepare hardware and/or solution quotations while identifying customer needs
- Collaborate with the vendors to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

Client Management:

- Prepare hardware and/or solution quotations that address client needs and requirements
- Attend on-site meetings with clients, obtain approvals, and arrange deployment plans / dates
- Coordinate Deliveries with Service Manager, attend deployment with technician and provide client in-service
- Prepare sales documents for client review and signature. This may include Sales Agreements, Lease Approval Applications, Lease Documents, FCMA (Maintenance Agreements), and related documents.
- Submit completed documents to helpdesk for billing
- Provide after-sales client follow-up ensuring customer satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer service or outside sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques is beneficial

Pay: $35,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
