Reporting to the Academic Operations Lead, this role, as the sole supervisor of the administrative team, provides overall leadership and management functions for this group as individuals and as a team. The position assures that all work performed by the team meets the administrative quality and service delivery requirements of the school.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to program administrative staff.
- Liaise between leadership/management and program administrative staff to ensure program and School needs are met.
- Provide organization & coordination of administrative functions within the school.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring and analysis.
- Develop & implement new process & procedures to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Develop & implement consistent training/cross training process for new and existing staff.
- Provide support in general administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:
- Related degree such as Arts, Commerce or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Equivalencies may be considered
**Remuneration**: $2,063.58 - $2,714.07 bi-weekly plus a comprehensive benefits package (AUPE Classification: Admin Officer I)
- This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement._
