_**Vanzuylen a division of Pneus Lavoie Tire is looking for a Permanent Service Advisor at our Kingston location.**_ **Job summary** - Prepare work orders for all sales and service transactions and give them to the Technicians. - Take "service call" telephone requests, write up work orders and dispatch Tire Service Techs. - Invoice all product and service sales, once work is completed. - Handle sales and service requests at the counter and by telephone, facilitating superior customer service techniques. - Monitor all service activities and appointments to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner. - Work with other retail and commercial service advisors under the guidance of the store manager. **Qualifications** - Previous mechanical and automotive industry experience is required. - Previous experience in commercial tire (passenger and light truck) would be an asset. - Previous experience in a leadership position would be an asset. - Valid Driver's License. - Computer literate. - Strong communication skills.
