**Lynden International Logistics Co.** is looking for someone who is highly organized and detail oriented to join our dynamic team We are looking for an individual who has the ability to handle interruptions and shifting priorities with ease. If this describes you then you are the person we are looking for. You will provide support to the customer service team and various departments, and perform other administrative functions in an office environment.

**WORKING SCHEDULE**:
This is an in-office position which requires you to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 40 hours per week. Hours can be slightly flexible, overtime eligible. Regular attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this job.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answering and directing phone calls for customer service and office team
- Assist customer service team enter orders & returns
- Providing support to all departments and other administrative staff
- Perform filing of paperwork and prepare invoices for mailing
- Acting as an office coordinator for office equipment maintenance issues
- Maintaining the office workspace and ordering office supplies
- Planning and coordinating events with our _social committee_ and others
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
**Experience**: 2 years administrative experience
**Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent
**Detail Oriented**: Strong attention to detail, high quality of work and accuracy no matter how large or small the task
**Organized**:Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
**Communication**: Excellent written, oral and active listening skills
**Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
**Collaboration**: Able to work effectively with other employees, departments and companies, both in person and virtually
