**About this role**:
As our Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts. Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will oversee the expansion of our client base and cultivate strong relationships across various sectors. In addition, you will also take charge of managing and supervising teams of project managers and sales professionals within the company. Your responsibilities will include devising and executing comprehensive strategies to bolster our brand presence and accelerate sales growth. By leading and guiding our teams, you will ensure the effective implementation of sales initiatives and the attainment of key performance objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new avenues for business growth, tracking opportunities and leveraging market trends
2. Leading and supervising a team of sales representatives and project managers and other professionals to improve customer service
3. Collaborate with management to establish sales goals and metrics, providing regular progress reports and insights
4. Provide leadership and training to the sales and project managers team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
5. Developing strategies for products and services to meet targets
6. Establishing sales objectives by analyzing markets and projecting sales volumes
7. Maintaining sales volume by tracking key performance indicators such as economic indicators
8. Attending conferences and training managers and other representatives
9. Researching ways to penetrate new markets and developing new sales strategies
10. Analyzing sales statistics to determine the performances of different products and salespeople
**Qualifications**:
- Proven leadership experience in business, sales, customer service, or related fields
- Demonstrated strong managing abilities, guiding teams to success through strategic planning and effective resource management
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex information
- Prior experience in the home renovation/ construction industry is an asset
- Passionate: Dedicated, result-oriented and enthusiastic individual
