**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive leads.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their skills in technical sales and outside sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.

Pay: $47,415.02-$133,789.76 per year
