**Job Summary**: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
