On behalf of Di Bello Group, Superior Glove is posting for the full-time position of **Inside Sales Associate**. This position is based out of the Di Bello Group head office in Anjou, Montreal, Québec Canada.

**Role Summary**:
70 percent of hand injuries occur when people are not wearing gloves, the others are caused by not wearing the “right” hand protection. It is our mission to change this. With your help we can educate our customers, help them find the right glove for them and their business.

The Inside Sales Associate plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day in both English and French, working with distributors, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and leads for Superior Glove products, to set up sales calls for Territory Managers within Quebec.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Ability to handle large outgoing call volume
- Drive product integration into the customer base in Quebec by assisting with setting up meetings for sales calls, providing alternative glove recommendations, issuing samples and facilitation of product quotes and purchases from distributors.
- Responsible for closing small to mid-size accounts and low complexity business that do not require site visits.
- Work in tandem with the outside sales team / Territory Managers to help keep larger size deals alive.
- Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
- Computer literacy must be at an intermediate level or higher
- Motivated individuals who always think in a positive, proactive manner with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong professional communication skills (both written and verbal) required
- Ability to promote products and raise brand awareness
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong communication and rapport building skills. **Completely Bilingual - French and English**:

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Follow and comply with all Operational Procedures / Policies as stated in the Employee Handbook, Safety, Customer Service, Quality and Environmental programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
