**Summary**

'We are seeking a skilled Welding Apprentice to join our team in Camrose, AB. In this role, you will be vital in supporting our industrial construction projects by operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, contributing to the successful development of industrial sites.'
**Responsibilities**

' **Operate heavy machinery such as cranes, forklifts, and other construction equipment with precision and safety.**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Assist with rigging and mechanical tasks as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Support the assembly and installation of structural components.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and equipment used.'
- **Qualifications**

' **Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as cranes, forklifts, or similar equipment.**
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Excellent safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in a construction environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.'

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
