**If you are great at**:

- Leading a team
- Completing Risk reviews and assessments
- Analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Building strong relationships with both internal and external business contacts

**You have**:

- \Minimum University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
- C.I.P professional designation is a definite asset.
- Attained or working toward a C.R.M., C.H.S.C, or C.R.S.P. professional designation or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of risk and insurance management.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license in good standing
