Do you have your General Level 1 License and 1 - 3 years of insurance experience in an Agency, Brokerage, or with a Direct Writer? Do you want a steady, full time schedule that is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:30 where most days you are able to leave at 5? Would you like a stable career with a solid income and great benefits? - Then this is the opportunity for you_ **Main responsibilities** Able to provide "wow factor" service to our clients so they wish to have all their insurance needs met by us Be an expert on client follow up and follow through Explain coverages Complete policy changes Follow up for policy information Review renewals with clients View insurance needs in a "holistic" manner and offer appointments to clients for all lines of insurance Delight and retain clients Be so helpful that clients refer friends and family **Qualifications** General Level 1 Insurance Agent License 1 - 3 years of insurance experience in an Agency, Brokerage, or with a Direct Writer Passionate about delighting clients with exceptional service Extremely coach-able, a quick learner and love ongoing training **Benefits** $60,000 per year base salary Opportunity to earn $12,000 per year in bonus income based on completion of input activities with clients (not policy sales or commissions) Fitness Club gym membership Health and Dental Benefits Group RRSP with matching 4 weeks paid vacation **Must have a vehicle to commute to each of our offices on a rotational basis** North: 1933 18 Ave NE, Suite 201, Calgary, AB, T2E 7T8 South: 90 Cranleigh Dr SE, Unit 7, Calgary, AB, T3M 1J7 - These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
