**The North Pole Picture Co is now hiring a Location Manager for our location in Victoria**

We are a dynamic and enthusiastic team that is passionate about creating magical memories during the holiday season. Our mission is to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellent customer service, efficiency, and kindness.

As a Seasonal Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Santa photo studio(s). Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Leading and coordinating a team to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Managing behind-the-scenes details to ensure the event runs seamlessly.
- Embodying patience, efficiency, and kindness in all interactions.
- Collaborating with team members to create a magical atmosphere for our guests.
- Assisting with event management tasks.
- Learning and using various computer programs and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in retail or restaurant service is an asset due to our fast-paced environment.
- Interest in photography is preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable with learning and adapting to new computer programs and processes.
- Must be available to work during the holiday season, including weekends and evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
